    Great laptop except no memory (RAM) slot on the back

    The lap top came in excellent shape and package
    The laptop is great especially with the 8 core processor
    The thing that bothers me the most is I was disappointed to see no access to the memory slot on the back of the laptop. I ordered the 32GB hoping to upgrade later to 64GB depending on my needs in the future.
    But it looks like I am stuck with the 32GB.

    Crashes and runs hot!

    In the two weeks, I have been using this laptop it has crashed and restarted 4 times. Twice while watching Netflix and twice in the middle of the night while idle. Also when I play any games at all the fans roar like the house is on fire. I wish I had shopped around a bit.

    Overall decent computer

    Peerformance wise, I believe this computer delivers. It takes some time getting used to the small “shift” button on the right, and I feel the keyboard is off centered to the screen as well making it difficult to hit the “backspace” button accurately. But overall, I’m impressed what Sager delivers for the price.

    Runs fast. Battery life so-so

    Love the upgradeability of the laptop. If I have issues I can save my data without giving up my laptop. I do wish the battery life was better. But nothing in life is perfect. I would buy again.

    I ordered from another company and the laptop did not come as advertised. I returned it and bought this one. I am happy with that decision.

    Winter Golf
    I recently purchased my SkyTrak SG12 with the golf simulator tech bundle so that I could enjoy playing golf during the winter. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others who are in the market for a golf simulator.

    My only minor issue was in getting the communications setup between the SkyTrak, the projector, and the laptop software. But with a call to their support line, I was up and running quickly. Their support person was great to work with and guided me through the process.
