In August of 2022, Bushnell updated the pricing of the Launch Pro – and unfortunately, it didn't do it in a way most favorable to customers. The Launch Pro now costs $3,999, or $1,000 more than it used to. The Basic subscription is $249. The Silver subscription is $499.
Launch Pro precisely captures and analyzes ball and club performance where they matter most – at impact – to give you unmatched ball flight data in any space you can safely swing a club. Whether you want a basic setup in your garage or a custom indoor simulator room, Launch Pro is the answer.
Do you need a subscription to use the Bushnell Launch Pro with GSPro? Yes, you need at least the basic subscription.
True-to-Life Simulation

Outside of the LED differences the process to connect is the same. There are slight distinctions in this process between iOS and Android devices. When you open the app, you will see a connection card directing you to select Wi-Fi or Cellular Data.
The Mevo Plus camera is weatherproof only when properly mounted on the Boost accessory. The weatherproof flap on the back protects the ethernet port and USB ports when closed. When used properly with the Boost accessory, the camera has an IPX4 rating for outdoor rain operation.

The GC3 and GC2 are both security panels from 2GIG. The GC3 is the newer system, and it is considered to be an upgrade over the GC2, with more zones and a larger display screen. However, the GC2 can do virtually anything that the GC3 can, and both are considered great by today's standards.
Pricing. The base price of the GCHawk launch monitor is $16,000. However, to get any use out of it for golf, it must be sold with an FSX 2020 software license that costs $3000. It's also normally bundled with FSX Play ($500), bringing the total to $19,500.
Technology Requirements
You'll need a computer to run your launch monitor and software. Operating System: 64 Bit Windows 10 or greater, 7th Gen or greater Intel i5, i7, and i9 processors, 8GB system memory, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 or greater video card.
The Foresight GCQuad is a major investment. The base price is $11,000, but that's a bit disingenuous. If you don't have the FSX 2020 software, you'll need to add that on for $3,000. Adding the club head measurements tacks on another $4,000, and the putting module is an additional $2,500.
It's biggest competition is with its own lower-tier counterpart, the GC3. I would say that it still makes sense to purchase the GCQuad for elite competitive golfers, golf schools and instructors, club fitters and golf simulator businesses. The gold standard of launch monitors! Trusted by PGA Tour professionals.

DRIVER FULL SWING KIT ACCURACY
The Full Swing KIT read the driver decently, but not nearly as good as the pitching wedge or 6 iron. Six of the 20 shots had a difference of 10 or more yards, but 11 shots were within 5 yards. The differences averaged out to be 6.25 yards, or just over 3%.
The Garmin R10 scored 85 out of 100 for accuracy which is slightly better than average. Where it struggles is calculating spin. But all golf launch monitors at the $599 price point struggle to calculate spin. The R10 is more accurate when used outdoors.
Golf Sim Options
A virtual round can be played by selecting any of the 42,000 plus available courses. Up to four players can participate in a virtual round using a single Approach R10 monitor and Garmin account. Garmin Golf app membership required for this feature.
Can I use the Approach R10 without a subscription? Yes, you can. As long as you have a smartphone that can run the Garmin Golf app, you'll be able to view data parameters, watch video clips of your swing, analyze your performance, and access all other free features of the app.
The PRGR is not perfect, but more accurate than we imagined. It is a super useful tool if you want feedback on swing speed training, distance control, or just want to add more data to your practice sessions. The PRGR launch monitor has club head speed accuracy within about 4 to 8 mph of the Trackman.
85% of the time it seemed to work very well. This is consistent with pretty much every launch monitor I've tested in this $500 price range. I've found the Mevo and the R10 to be slightly more accurate. But with most of these, it really comes down to ensuring you've set it up correctly and in optimal conditions.
